This is a short questionnaire to help me understand your company from your perspective. There are no right or wrong answers — I want to hear how you see things, in your own words.

Imagine you're at a networking event and someone asks "so what do you do?" — just say it naturally.
Think about what you'd say to someone choosing between you and a competitor.
Don't need to name names if you'd rather not — just describe the type of company and why the relationship works.
Dream customer — what industry, what size, what kind of work?
Based on your experience — which sectors need this kind of quality but might not know you exist?
Think about the conversations you have during the quoting/sales process.
